1.机电相关专业,5年以上厂务工作经验.(包括工程项目,消防,空调,工作环境维护和厂房,公共实施维护,维修保养.)
2.有高/低压的电工证和消防安全资质。
3.良好的计算机使用能力
4.良好的沟通和分析能力
5.良好的英文沟通能力
6.具备一定谈判技巧
7.良好的团队协作能力，乐观主动积极
Responsibilities:
1.Design related facility operation process (urgent management…)
2.Workshop renovation and construction（ex lab temperature,humidity and aerator requirement.co-operate with lab for the re-layout）
3.Repair,maintenance and protection, improve the working environments.
4.Fire protection, safe and security (office environment and staffs）
5.Workshop,equipment and establishment repair, maintenance and protection(including water,electricity,air condition, elevator,rolling doors...）
6.Auditing related
7.Document filing, preserving and management
8.Capital asserts following and management
