专业技能/ 培训/ 证书 Professional Skills and Competency/Training/ Certificate 1.Good project management skills, professional experience to be a project leader 2.Be familiar with the quality management system like ISO 9001/TL9000/AS9100/ISO 13485 quality system, certified internal auditor is preferred. 3.Fluent in English speaking, good at reading and writing, CET 6 /TEM 8 is preferred 4.Good communication and problem analysis/solving skills 5.Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality system, certified internal auditor is preferred.

工作内容/ Job Contents: 1.Independently manage assigned new project from new quotation inquiry, prototype, and pilot to volume production (from RFQ to NPI), planning the project by establish key milestones. 2.Monitor project progress, move project forward by coordinating the related depts. track the whole process and clearly indicate progress to reach the requirement of new project. 3.To be the customer window in project phase, act as the liaison between customer and NAI to make sure accurate input of customer requirements (Data/knowledge/Information from customer transferring to internal project team members). 4Exceed customer satisfaction through quality services to enable on-time delivery, product quality and prompt responsiveness to customers' requirements. 5.Establish trust and build loyalty with key influence/decision makers to build solid, long-term professional relationships with customer. 6.Lead cross-functional project team members to deliver value-added services to customers, responsible for problem solving of new product defects to ensure high quality. 7.Interface with other teams like Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing and supply chain, Quality, and Senior Management for monitoring of activities, keep related person informed timely of the project schedules and on-going development of the project. 8.Address to customer the problems encountering in project process, providing the customer with the right solution to get them involved in problem solving to guarantee meet customer business requirements. 9.Responsible for development of plan/methods to drive a comprehensive cost reduction w/qrtly targets 10.Other jobs or responsibilities assigned
