Reporting to HR Director China your main responsibilities are:
Ensure effective planning of learning strategy, implementation methods Assess and review the current organization and analyze the skills & capabilities within different functions to create a current state of the skills map against operating processes Recommend approaches to address skill gaps, develop programs and plans for implementation Evaluate and assess current training program, offer new training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing programs Oversee, coordinate and manage internal trainer’s programs including New Employee Orientation and other functional training Assess, negotiate and select external training providers; work with them to coordinate on external / outsourced training Assist in development and administration of Leadership Development Review process; and develop leadership development program according to organizational needs Develop, implement and evaluate learning policy and good practice; effectively communicate the policy, practices and learning opportunities to stakeholders Participate in the development and monitoring of the training budget
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
5+ years hands-on experience in training and development function with at least 3 years in similar role in MNC Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese is a must Experience in the development and implementation of leadership and development training programs is highly preferable Creative problem-solver, out-of-the box thinker We offer a very attractive package and excellent career development opportunities.
