Responsibities:
- Kaizen Concept Introducing and Training
- Kaizen related Project handling
- Support for continuous improvement (Keizen) actions
- Keep PEP training materials
- Organize PEP training
- Translate PEP related materials
- Prepare monitoring report
Qualifications:
- More than 8 years experience
- At least bachelor degree in comparable scopes
- Bachelor degree or above for production development, or project management
- Knowledge and experience the general Kaizen process such as 6-sigma, Kaizen, 5-S progress, etc.
- Quality Management system knowledge such as management handbook, manufacture procedure, working instruction
- Professional English skill for comprehensive communications by speaking, writing, reading and listening,
- German speaking is preferred.
- Being a good team player , passion to the work getting done
- Good communication skills |
