 职位描述/要求：
1.Manage company's recruitment activities including the placement of recruiting advertisements on the internet and newspapers

2.Oversee the company's recruitment process

3.Research and develop new recruiting channels within the budget

4.Communication with line managers to update recruiting requirements

5.Develop talent pool of potential candidates, balancing both quality and quantity

6.Make first round interview for opening vacancies and prepare the shortlist for selection

7.Prepare daily reporting and keep track of recruitment status every day


1.Bachelor degree, Mechanical or other engineering major preferred

2.At least above three years working experience at executive search or recruiting field

3.Open-minded with excellent communication and presentation skills

4.Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under pressure

5.Familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations

6.Independent working capability and highly responsible

7.Mature and with warm personality

8.Good oral and written English

9.Results-oriented and with strong desire to success
