 职位描述/要求：
Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related major from accredited university

2.Minimum 3 years experience and above in sourcing position with an international company.

3.Excellent understanding related to Switch Power Supply.

4.Experienced in selection, evaluation and qualification of different kinds of suppliers. Excellent network with related Chinese suppliers especially those around Yang-tze delta.

5.Project management skills.

6.English fluent (oral and writing).

7.Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills

8.Strong problem solving ability

9.Able to communicate openly at all related level of the organization

10. Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.



Responsibilities:

1.To work out and negotiate inquiries, quotations and contracts in detail

2.Regular communication with suppliers for coordination/optimization purposes

3.Establishment and qualification of suppliers (including supplier training and quality requirements)

4.To co-operate and team up with other division particularly strategic purchasing, R&D, production, Portfolio and project management etc in Germany and China

5.Leading and realization of outsourcing projects

6.Participate in quality system audit

7.Clarify logistics issues between suppliers and different demand groups including German headquater, Shanghai Sales office and Suzhou plant.
