任职要求：
- University (Bachelor) Degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive)
- Technical background on production process
- 5-8 years work experience in a foreign owned enterprise.
- Very good knowledge of English (or German), Very good computer skills
- Personality: dynamic, hardworking, sincere, good working attitude & business orientated
- Act on one`s own initiative, working, systematically, according to time management, strategy, planning
- Work experience in a company with own development department
职位职责：
- Planning of machining and/or assembly/testing of new products;
- Prepare related work plans and bill of material (BOM) in SAP;
- Make or buy decisions in close cooperation with purchasing department;
- Definition, design request, production and procurement of fixtures and tooling;
- Supervision of running products technology, daily operative problem solving;
- Prepare work instructions for special processes (e.g. surface treatment, welding, etc.);
- Calculation and verification of needed setup and process time per part;
- Implementation of new processes, continuous improvement of quality and production cost issues;
- Learn and work according to the local operation procedures (LOP);
- Update work plans/ BOMs in SAP, initiate actions in production in case of drawing modification. |
