 职位描述/要求：
Duties :
Learn and understand the companies operations and perform audits and review internal controls of various organizational and functional areas to safeguard the assets of the Corporation.
Primary assigned areas will be the Asia region, including China (Changshu and Shanghai), Korea, Japan and Thailand. Locations include manufacturing facilities and engineering centers.
Prepare audit reports with conclusions and recommendations and discuss reports with appropriate management.
Identify and evaluate risk areas and recommend solutions to improve control, processes and risk assessments.
Provide for a flow of communication from operating management to the Director of Internal Audit.
Maintain effective working relations with executive and operating management.
Support the work of the external auditors.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Requirements :
5 plus years of auditing and accounting experience required.
Multinational industrial environment experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in accounting.
MBA or MS Accounting/Finance preferred.
CPA, ACCA or CIA preferred.
Proficient knowledge in the area of accounting, including US GAAP. (cost accounting a plus).
Fluency in English (written and oral).
Knowledgeable of US Sarbanes-Oxley regulations
Proficient skills with personal computer (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, ACL and Oracle).
Strong interpersonal skills for working with various levels of management.
A successful candidate should be hands-on, focused on results, self driven and present strong communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% (including out of country travel).
