No. Description of Responsibilities and Duties 1.Identify and Promote internally and external market Opportunities that are available throughout the company/Customer engagement process. 2.Define and promote all Cross Sell / Total solution opportunities such as Expendables, Support Services Offerings, Training etc. through the recommendation to customer via sales, quotation process. 3.Implement and manage COE Management/Support to Customer for Territory Account Plans. 4.Implement and manage COE Management/Support to Marketing Product Plans. 5.Prioritize, Schedule, and manage Application Engineer activities as required. 6.Analyze market requirements, and trends utilizing data from W/W Applications Database and installed machine databases, and utilization factors. Make recommendations to marketing if required for new features to support new package types. 7.Implement, manage and report on machine qualifications/evaluation plan, as agreed upon with marketing and engineering. Participate in Quality, Work In Process conference calls. 8.Negotiate with customers various options, solutions to customer requirements. 9.Prioritize all Technical issues. 10.Facilitate Booking Package to ensure a clean order, using Application data, Configurations. Review, Identify and understand customer issues, technical specification and enhancement requirements, make recommendations and request amendments as required. Communicate issues and customer requirements to Product Management through the Project Priority Management Process (PPM). Communicate program plans, product updates and technical roadmap to Sales Engineers and or customers per Marketing supplied training. Present product presentations to sales and/or customers. Interface with other departments as required; Distribution, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Sales & Marketing. Analyze, recommend product support offerings to customer. Respond to sales, customer technical inquiries using tools supplied by Marketing such as competitive information, UPH model, Videotapes etc. Input to and utilize installed database, utilization, product mix, competitive information. Manage proper response to customer on Technical Support Activities utilizing Worldwide Issues Tracking system (WITS). Maintain Reports such as Served Available Market, Total Available Market. Recommend with Sales and Marketing, Penetration strategies and requirements of Local COE capabilities. Support Distributors as required |
