Job Responsibilities:
1.The full range of factory management responsibility includes production planning and control, production management, manufacturing engineering, quality management, materials management and inventory control, direct procurement, facility management, budgeting, and administrative functions.
2.Achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
3.Liaise and co-ordinate very closely with the sales units on product delivery schedule and customer satisfaction levels and its fulfillment is a crucial aspect of this job.
4.As the business leader of the factory, the person will drive initiatives, and where necessary, engage respective corporate functional heads in transforming the factory into a world-class manufacturing set-up.
Requirement：
1.Mechanical Engineer having 10-15 years experience in manufacturing, of which at least 5 years are at plant level responsibility in an industrial product environment.
2.Excellent command of spoken and written English.
3.Good product knowledge, thorough knowledge of all aspects of the production process, training abilities, zero wastage management, and team building.
4.Independent, hands-on, and strong drives to achieve results.
5.Experience in people management and coaching in a multi-cultural manufacturing environment. |
