Responsibility
Understand the company business policy and strategy, master the current IT development trend, identify the right solution to support the business. Provide and map the current company situation with IT solution to identify the necessary projects and improvement path to meet company goals. Based on continuous improvement, constantly look for new technology to meet company goals to optimize the company's systems.
Designs, develops and implements the company computer systems; takes advantage of technology opportunities and satisfies the computer systems requirements of the company and supported departments. Supports the company computer security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes.
Master the Software Engineering concept and computer language/infrastructure like VB, .net, Java, RPG(OPTIONAL), etc. Writes complex original programs and modifies programs. Reviews, analyses, tests, debugs, documents and installs programs originally written and written by others.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or IT technology is compulsory.
4-10 years experience in working IT area.
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
Computer science and computer language like VB, .net, Java, Delphi, Web programming, RPG(OPTIONAL), etc.
Project management
ERP software like Mapics and SAP etc.
Good Oral and Written English. |
