Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement product total quality system to assure product specification is met. 2.Develop implement & improve product quality plan in compliance with APQP at a regular basis. 3.Manage Document Control Center. 4.Facilitate quality improvement to the product by producing technical guidance in Quality tools application. 5.Perform system or process audit to assure quality system are emplaced. 6.Support Quality Engineering evaluations or activities. 7.Leading FTQ (First Time Quality) improvement.
Background: 1.Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering. 2.Minimum 3 years quality control experience. 3.Familiar with statistical control method in problem solving. 4.Familiar with process control quality tools. 5.Have strong experience in leading team process yield improvement. 6.Have VDA6.1/QS 9000/ISO 9000 system internal audit experience. 7.Familiar with Quality Plan, FMEA, MSA, APQP and SPC. 8.Fluent in English (verbal and written). |
