Manage capacity planning, production scheduling, warehousing functions in a manufacturing environment; plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvement in production methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory control; 2. Coordinate with HQs in US in capacity planning and demand fulfillment; 3. Coordinate activities between material control and planning 4.Manage employees performance measures, including continuous improvement tools and provides regular progress reports to manager. 5. Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development.Resolve employee issues through problem resolution. 6.Work with other departments to improve company policies and procedures 7.Manage department priorities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1.Education 4-year university degree required, Master Degree preferred Fluent English – Written and Spoken 2.Experience About 5 to 8 years experience in planning and inventory control, of which, at least 3 yearsat managerial position; Work experience in MNCs preferred
