Job Responsibilities:
Lead manufacturing peoples to achieve product quality and shipment requirement.
Manage multi-disciplinary team of EA/technicians/line leader/leaders to achieve area goals.
Align with competency engineers/supervisors for shipment requirement.
Implement company policies and develop direct resources according to budget plan (hiring opr, training opr,).
Support new program launch
Improve his area 5S/discipline to meet company/customer audit requirement
Comply to reporting system according to company requirement
Background
3 years diploma or above education in electronic/mechanical engineering.
Over 2 years experience work in PCBA or related industry.
Can work on rotation shifts.
Good command of English.
To lead a team of workforce in the assembly of products that meet quality, any cost responsiveness requirements

Have QS9000 / ISO9000 / VDA6.1 experience |
