Job Responsibilities:
1、Lead production by resolving material problems & S/W related.
2、Lead new product / variation / change review and change notice.
3、Initiate & drive cost reduction issues through product enhancement.
4、Improve Customer Satisfaction through reduction in line-pull / Warranty returns to meet target.
5、Modify & debug test software (where applicable).
6、Ensure all prints meet the revision.
7、Establish FA capability in Lab for product to meet level 2 components.
8、Provide expert advices on products’ specifications and applications.
Background:
1、B.S. Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2、With 3 or more years of electronic product manufacturing engineering working experience in trouble-shooting RF related products.
3、Knowledge of failure analysis tools and good contact with laboratories, research institutes, and universities on RF related applications will be an added advantage.
4、Must be able to read, comprehend and write in English. |
