Job Responsibilities:
1、Initiate and implement test system performance improvement programs.
2、Initiate and implement test software, quality and cost improvement programs.
3、Initiate and implement process/product change.
4、Support new program launch.
5、Train and guide TEA and new employees.
6、Support product failure analysis.
Background:
1、B.S Degree in Electrical /Electronics Automation or Communication Engineering.
2、At least 3 years relevant experience in electronics.
3、Manufacturing environment, wireless test experience will be a strong asset.
4、Programming experience in C, Lab Windows, Lab view or Test stand.
5、Good command of English both in verbal and written. |
