Job Responsibilities: 1.Acquired understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives. 2.Lead and manage site HR staff, work closely with and support site HR teams. 3.Responsible for the smooth running of all HR operations and functions, including Leadership and Management Development, Employee Education and Development, Career and Succession Planning and Reward & Remuneration. Background: 1.University or above. 2.At least 8 years HR working experience with no less than 4 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities, experience in multi-national business environment is required. 3.Proficient English and Mandarin both in oral and written. 4.Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. |
