Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for whole recruitment process e.g. Clarify recruitment needs with hiring manager, posting ads, screen resumes and conduct interview, check reference till candidates are offered. 2.Assist recruitment supervisor in campus recruitment e.g. prepare literature, contact with colleges and arrange related logistics. 3.Participate in job analysis and JD filing. 4.Responsible for tracking related HR system and recruitment reports. 5.Associate with supervisor to widen recruitment channel to build up a key talent pool. Background: 1.Communicate in a polite and professional way, both in Chinese and English. 2.Decision-making ability could provide hiring suggestions to managers. 3.Take Initiative in routine work, independent. 4.Time management ability. 5.Above 5 years experience in HR field which includes 3+ years in recruitment function. 6.Experiences in multi-national manufacturing company are preferred. |
