Job Responsibilities 1.Establish and maintain warranty database in the region, to be a core coordinater during TF negotiation with customer. 2.Guide or proceed failure analysis for the field returns, provide failure analysis reports on requests from either customer or internal. 3.Develop, implement and improve Q-instruction related to warranty processing and other responsible jobs. 4.Prepare warranty related statistics, customer satisfaction survey reports on request. 5.Give necessary quality process/tools training and be a support to other department. Qualification Requirement 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, metallurgy, engineering or automotive /industry 2.At least 3 years related working experience or above 3.Automotive background is desired 4.Driving license is a must |
