 职位描述/要求：
Production Organization
Prosper and Maintain a clean and safe production environment - 5S.
Organize people, materials and equipment in order to have un-interrupted manufacturing.
Coordinate with Maintenance Department the maintenance of equipment with a focus on the TPM approach in order to maximize OEE.
Planning/Lead TimeBe responsible for the planning, in cooperation with the planner, and guarantee lead time to customer as per agreed upon performance indicator.
Guarantee the quality of the manufactured products according to the current product specification.
Team Development


Train, develop, motivate and support production teams to guarantee stable production within quality specifications.
Create a working environment that keeps turnover below 10%, in cooperation with HR Department.
Create a working environment fostering participation and active involvement of the team.
Quality Control Organization of Operations
Direct the quality control activities of the BNM/BFT Bekipor？ST production division.
Review and update quality control procedures and testing procedures on a continuing basis to ensure the process control manuals are kept current. Instruct subordinate personnel in the interpretation of process control parameters and procedures.
1.B.S. or M.S in an Engineering background
2.7-10 years in a manufacturing environment
3.Knowledge of quality control systems for production environment (SPC, CPk, PPk,…)
4.Knowledge of ISO9000 QA systems
