Purchasing Manager（宁波）
Job Description
1.Develop and expand the supply base in China for manufacturing of all products
2.Review strategic sourcing project. Check for completeness of technical and commercial information.
3.Locate and recommend eligible suppliers.
4.Coordinate requests for quotations with suitable supplies.
5.Respond to project technical inquiries from project requestors and suppliers.
6.Utilize the range of technical experts within the international company to resolve technical issues.
7.Recommend the best supplier for a project. Base the selection on lowest, sustainable acquisition cost.
8.Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts.
9.Assist in the resolution of supplier quality, delivery or price issues.
Qualification requirement
1.Bachelor degree, major in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or manufacturing).
2.Minimum 5 years purchasing experience in automobile manufacturing company.
3.Project and localization management experience in a team environment.
4.Excellent communication skill, ability to work in independently.
Ready to travel.
5.Familiar with PPAP, APQP system, also have knowledge in ISO9001 and TS16949 rule. |
