HR Manager Responsibilities: 1. Implement and supervise the Human Relations Philosophies within campus, including SEECO, VA, FVS, etc. greater than 700 associates. 2. Implement and evaluate wage and salary programs to ensure its competitiveness with the area and associates are compensated for their performance. 3.Develop and administer a benefit program for campus that is consistent with PRC regulations and competitive with peer companies in the area. 4. Administer the retirement program for past and current retirees. 5.Develop and administer a training program for all campus associates.Analyze campus performance and develop training programs to meet the proven needs. 6.Human resource planning related to the companies long and short tem goals and how these relate to the available and needed human resources. 7.Recruit and select qualified candidates for employment at campus. 8. Manage the LOR process. 9. Develop and implement a performance review process, which accurately reviews the performance in both the factory and office. 10.Be a leader in developing and managing a effective safety program, including maintaining and reporting the necessary statistics related to campus safety performance. 11. Make sure the implementation the corporate, division and campus’s policies and regulations regarding Environmental Protection and Safety, Security and Health. 12. Assist the General Manager to interpret campus and XXXpolicies and procedures and to follow-up to ensure consistent application. 13. Assist with associate counseling; provide training and leadership in this area. 14. Administrative for Security, uniforms food service, and employee transportation. 15. Develop, administer, and support programs that encourage employee involvement reward such involvement. 16.Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the community and other businesses in the area. 17. Participate in relevant professional groups in order to maintain positive peer relationships and remain abreast of current trends in the H.R. field. 18. Assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards (QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO14001) are maintained and effectively used. Requirements: Bachelor in a business related field with an emphasis in Human Resource/Industrial relations. A thorough knowledge of labor laws, human relations practices, theories, and principles. Strong administrative and management skills to include communication, organization, time management, budgeting, manpower planning, compensation planning, training techniques, wage/salary/benefits planning and development skills.Previous H.R. experience in an industrial environment (prefer JV ) with more than10years of experience. |
