Position: Senior Electro-mechianical Engineer（manufacturing）
Location: Suzhou
Package : 200K+
Job Responsibilities:
1、Work closely with overseas design engineers and get involved on the electronics assembly development; Review the design and add design inputs to make the design for manufacturing;
2、Work closely with local electronics manufacturers to develop and manufacture electronic assemblies;
3、Manage the project implementation at suppliers to ensure that projects are implemented successfully;
4、Leading the mechanical design;
5、Manage and communicate with supplier for battery pack manufacturing and tooling/mold issues except electronics assembles;
6、Manage and communicate with supplier on REA related project management like facility transfer;
7、Qualify the samples (prototype, ESL, MSL) and FAI reports from suppliers;
8、Troubleshoot production equipment such as potting machines, fastening machines, and other equipment;
9、Continually seek and manage the improvement opportunities as related to all aspects of project (design, tooling, testing, general manufacturing process);
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above holder in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering;
2、5+ years working experience;
3、Ability to work effectively with offsite direction. Self motivated;
4、Strong organizational skills – able to manage several different projects at once;
5、Knowledge of plastic injection molding or stamping desirable;
6、“Hands-on” engineer with excellent mechanical or aptitude;
7、Excellent teamwork desirable & Good negotiation skill desirable;
8、Both in English and mandarin with good written and oral communications skills.
