Position: PDE Product Owner（semiconductor）
Location: Suzhou
Package : 300K+
Job Descriptions:
Managing the overall activities and execute tactical plans for product development engineering;
Job Responsibilities:
1、Oversee production issues (Yield/ Quality);
2、Oversee new product/test program/system transfer;
3、Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support product roadmap;
4、Customer corrective actions;
5、Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve Section goals and objectives;
6、Train, develop and retain staff;
7、Plan and maximize available resources;
8、Manage the budget, resources and cost of the Section to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations;
9、Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering/ technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness;
10、Participate or lead in plant wide cross-functional activities;
11、Other duties as assigned by supervisor;
12、Responsible for all areas regarding a specific product anywhere from manufacturing to silicon to fab to debug; Communicating with US and SGP on a daily basis is a necessary part of the job; Lastly, being able to make critical decision to make sure a product is tested properly and with the highest quality so that we can make our customers successful is a key skill set;
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above holder in microelectronic/electronic/computer engineering or equivalent;
2、8+ total years engineering, 3+ years' management, semiconductor knowledge, test background;
3、Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
4、Able to interface with internal and external customers and partners;
5、Strategic. technical and organizational development;
6、Very good organizational skills to run a project;
7、Both in English and mandarin with good written and oral communications skills.
