Position: Concept Program Manager
Location: Shanghai/Suzhou
Package : 220K+
Job Responsibilities:
1、Drive MSG NPI from Concept to Definition
- To lead and drive MSG NPI projects to fulfill the business need from project concept to definition (prior to handover to NPI PM);
- Work closely with business team to drive concept development, feasibility study, cost analysis on new concept;
- Sit in the business operation meeting, manage the AP concept pipeline. Work closely with ATX concept PM to own the global pipeline;
- Support global NPI process improvement team to better support on global NPI execution;
- Ensure necessary data is fresh on all tools needed during concept / feasibility phase (WebNPI, OSW, etc);
- Align with ATX concept PM, help conducting the PM assignment meeting with global PM managers;
- Support ownership of additional responsibilities as determined by PMO or manager;
- Support best practice owners;
- Ensure compliance;
- Help prioritize activities as needed;
2、Team building
- Help identify core team in concept phase;
- Create environment of encouragement and support;
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above holder in microelectronic/electronic/computer engineering or equivalent;
2、Minimum 5 years working experience in Portfolio / Program Management;
3、Good communication skill and leadership is a must;
4、IC development background is an advantage;
5、Global project development experience is an advantage;
6、Both in English and mandarin with good written and oral communications skills.
