Responsibilities:
Manages all Financial Accounting and Legal matters.
Manages all aspects of capital and inventory accountability, and PRC GAAP and US GAAP, financial statements.
Co-ordinate government tax and investment grant incentives for new products and processes.
Manages General Accounting including general ledger, and financial reporting.
Manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Payroll.
Manages Treasury function including Bank accounts, cash, investments, dividends and loans.
Manages company legal, tax and insurance matters.
Manages capital assets and project activities.
Manages internal control activities
Requirement:
-Accountancy degree or equivalent
-Minimum 3-5 year' equivalent management experience
-Familiar with US GAAP
