Job Description: 1. Support in the implementation of ICS HR policies, procedures and HR activities. Work together in the HR team to cultivate a positive work environment. 2. Provide support in the area of employee relation: a. Carry out the employment procedure on employee`s first day on board. b. Execute the social benefits contribution within ICS HR policies. c. Support in the signing of labor contract and ensure renewal of contract without delay. d. To develop and maintain effective communication on HR issues with HR manager. 3. Administer HR documents, records and filings: a. Maintain the employee database with accuracy and confidentiality, ensure the database updated prompt and correctly and report to manager monthly and once updated. b. Responsible for taking employee`s attendance record without loose and mistake and monthly report to HR manager. c. Remind of expiration date of probation, expiration date of contract, expiration of work permit for renewal without delay, etc. 4. Support in the recruitment process, particularly actively participate in resume searching base on staff requisition, interview arrangement, register applicants, eventually you will develop to conduct resume review and qualification interview.
Requirement: 1.Bachelor or Associate with 3 yrs HR experience 2.HR related experience in multinational company is prefer. 3.Familiar with Kunshan local regulations and rules. 4.Accountability / Initiative / team work spirit 5.Fluent in both oral and written English. |
