Job Summary/Position Purpose: Build and develop a world class human resource department for ICS
Major Responsibilities: 1. Strategy partner to ICS by helping Senior management to build their managerial an technical teams, by help attract, retain, develop, motivate the right employees.
2. Development and implementation of ICS HR policies, procedures and activities, particularly in the area of a. Performance Management b. Compensation Benefits c. Employee Relation d. Personal Administration
3. Administrate, control and ensure legal compliance of ICS HR policies, procedures and activities.
4. Develop positive work environment with active listening and timely feedback of employee concerns by promoting open communications between management & employees, act as a bridge between senior management and their respective employees in sensitive issues.
5.Develop and maintain the process of human resources budgeting and prepare manpower forecasts to business needs;
6. Other Duties as assigned.
Required Education background & working experience:
1.University degree holder in Human Resources Management or related subjects 2 At least 10 years HR relevant experience and preferable from MNC environment 3.Good communication and interpersonal skills 4.Assertive, integrity, tactful and good leadership skills 5. Familiar with PRC labor law & regulations 6. Excellent command of both English and Chinese |
