Candidate should possess the following:
- Education qualification of college, degree or higher qualification with major in Administration or related major; - More than 5 years of working experiences administration management in foreign-invested company; of which at least 2 years of working experiences in a supervisory position; - Good command of oral & written English and knowledge on the use of PC and Microsoft Office;
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, is customer focus and team player;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Successful candidate would be responsible for the following:
- To lead and supervise a team in providing effective admin support to the whole company;
- To be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operations of the office facilities, OA equipments, office security;
- To be responsible and accountable for smooth Admin operations, including arrangements for office supplies, hotel/accommodation and transportation arrangements
- Monitor and evaluate the service rendered by vendors-and-suppliers, compliance with the corporate purchase requisition process & procedures
- Put up proposal and budget for admin related expenses
- Organize & coordinate company activities and visits from VIP visitors |
