a.Requirement:
1)Major in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
2)Above CET-4.
3)7 years or more working experience in related industry.
4)Master J2EE (JSP/EJB/Servlet/JDBC/MVC/struts and etc)
5)Familiar with SQL and prevailing relational database such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc
6)Must have a fullSDLC experience in 1 or morelow/medium complexity projects. Familiar with project management methodologies & tools.
7)At least 2 years experience in leading a small-/medium-sized team. Overseas working experience is preferred.
8)Possessleadership skills in building and maintaining a high performance team.
9)Possessgood communication, presentation and/or trainer skills.
