Reporting Line: General Manager
Requirement：
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and PEng designation or eligible for registration towards PEng.
-Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least two (2) to three (3) years program management experience in metal forming such as stamping, deep draw, coining, roll forming.
-Must be very familiar with Automotive Manufacturing Process, Synchronous Manufacturing, DFMEA, PFMEA, VA/VE, QFD, TOPS, DOE, Continuous Improvement Techniques, JIT, and working knowledge of OHSA, WSIB Current Legislation.
-Hands-on experience and good understanding of APQP, TS 16949, QS 9000, FMEA, FEA, VE/VA, DOE, Advanced GD&T and continuous improvement tools.
-Knowledge of CSA and ANSI, SAE, QS-9000 / TS16949 and other industry/customer related standards.
-Extensive experience in budgeting and strategic business planning.
-Experience in quoting.
-Must be able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
-Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter and a team player.
-Exceptional project management skills.
-Computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). |
