 职位描述/要求：
Job Summary and Area of Responsibility:
-Assists SCM Manager to establish & improve SOP of purchasing management.
-Manage the purchasing team in setting and achieving goals and ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
-Achieve, cost saving though strategic purchasing activies.
-Lead, train and motivate staffs in fulfilling their duties.
Major Duties and Performance Standards to be achieved:
1.Formulate capital sourcing strategy to meet the manufacturing needs.
2.Foster long term relationship with vendors and establish approved vendor list.
3.Develop long term purchasing contracts with vendors.
4.Maintain Performance KPI & grading system for vendors.
5.Vendor audit and audit report for grading.
6.Maintain accurate vendor information and transaction in SAP system.
7.Cost saving in sourcing according to global KPI.
8.Ensure that 3 quotations are obtained for major purchases to ensure best quality, price and delivery.
9.Lead, train and motivate purchasing team in achieving the set goals.
10.Ensure proper material planning with vendors in order to achieve in time delivery and continuously improving quality, price and delivery.
11.Ensure compliance to company and Group policies.
12.Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by department head.

Performance Standards To Be Achieved (Key Accountabilities)
1.On time delivery for raw material, consumable materials and finished goods to keep smooth production ( HC & Aesculap)
2.Punctual and correct Purchasing data entry in SAP system
3.Best serve internal & external customers
4.Following B.Braun cost reduction target and develop strategic sourcing plan to achieve it
5.Provide full assistant to HOD and Follow HOD’s instruction.
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree

Experience/Knowledge Required:
GMP Experience will be preferred
At least 3 years Purchasing Supervisory experience
Converse with Strategic Supply Chain Concept

Special Skills/Abilities Required:
Mature with strong leadership and motivation qualities

Other Requirement:
Fine English in speaking and writing
