 职位描述/要求：
General Summary
Responsible for the management and technical control of all operational quality assurance activities in the Nutritional plant.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

-Manage the in-coming laboratory and give disposition to all production materials and critical non-BOM materials.
-Manage the in-process control for Wet / Dryer / Packaging process and ensure prompt feedback of results to operations.
-Provide feedback to suppliers of packaging materials on improvement of quality of their wares.
-Provide technical feedback on customer complaints by providing physical testing assistance.
-Provide technical support e.g. in process testing for trials and process validation.
-Ensure QA data are available for Quality Council discussion.
-Ensure management is notified on out of ordinary events in the plant. Follow through any action items or commitments.
-Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions and practices in assigned areas and assuring the safety of all personnel under supervision.
-Knowledgeable with applicable Level I and II policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
-Performs any additional job-related functions as directed by Quality Operations Director.

Educational Qualification & Experience Required
-Degree/Honours in Science (Chemistry, Food Science or Food Technology, Microbiology)
-Minimum of 5 years of industrial Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical, food or nutritional industry, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
-Auditing, troubleshooting, quality systems and GMP experience is essential.
-Good analytical and strong interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job.
