JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibilities will include the ongoing development of all Business quality systems, customer liaison, operational support to engineering and manufacturing functions and departmental management. Driving the operation review, management review, internal audit, TS16949 implement through out the organization to realize quality continuous improvement.
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1.The Quality Director is responsible for the administering the company quality program in accordance with customer and company requirements.
2.Establishing, Driving and Maintaining ISO/TS16949 system running smoothly in company Suzhou facility. Training and Coaching the team Suzhou well understand of the requirements of ISO/TS16949;
3.Promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, make sure the customer requirements fully understanding throughout Suzhou team and 100% implemented;
4.As the MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE, report to management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement;
5.Drive the activities of the company BOR Review, Management Review meeting, Internal Audit, Product Audit and Process Audit in the organization to realize continuously improvement;
6.Supervises and training QA team to solve quality issues, maintain and implements QA procedures, and fulfill customer’s requirements;
7.To ensure that a system is in place and is effective to address any internal and customer Quality issues and act as a liaison between the customer and the company when necessary.
8. Initiates, evaluates and documents trials on products quality improvement, studies and improves techniques to improve quality and reliability;
