-Job Summary (Purpose of the job)
- Be responsible for the daily work of warehouses, customer service, sales planning and shipping
- Inventory control and delivery management
- Ensure smooth running of order processing
- To ensure warehouse system (SAP and GMP) in place to minimize potential risks arising from the operations
- To report to SCM manager on warehouse performance & Provide KPI
Major Duties (Main Functions)
- Responsible for routine warehousing management, to meet daily production requirement and contribute to GMP and JIT on time delivery.
- Ensure timely receiving of all incoming goods and transferring to specify location with proper maintenance of system information.
- Implement inventory cycle count according to Cycle Count Process, make full analysis on any variance and take necessary measures for improvement.
- Responsible for proper layout of materials warehousing location, make and update warehousing layout chart for visual management.
- Ensure no delay in executing the order placed by customers, and on time fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure smooth import, export and domestic delivery of goods.
- Streamline the operation processes in achieving value oriented services.
- Comply with the local regulation.
- Fully implement GMP+ 5S+Safety in routine warehousing operation.
- Manage, coach and monitor subordinates
- Follow SCM manager’ instruction to handle any ad-hoc tasks |
