 职位描述/要求：
Qualifications:
-B.S. degree in computer related majors;
-6-8 years of experience in support ERP system support and implementation, familiar with SAP, and at least 3 years' experience in manufacturing processes;
-Demonstrated inter-person communication skills and people management skills;
-Written and verbal communications skills;
-Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Main Responsibilities:
SAP Implementation:
-Working closely with project team leader, business key users and process owners
Communicating project status and issues
-Receiving feedback, direction and making appropriate action
-Identify issues addressed by team leaders
-Co-coordinating activities among and within process team
-Ensure continuous interface between project teams
-Responsible for quality assurance and validation aspects of technical elements of projects.
-Responsible for overall technology policy and for managing the consistency of the technical solution within the agreed IS architecture.
-Responsible for the systems delivery elements. Co-ordinate with all other IS project to assure proper integration and consistency between projects.
-Assist team leader for Project reporting and contribution to project reviews.
Daily Operation:
-Responsible for day to day model support to business and operation users
-Responsible for model change control
-Responsible for model process enhancement and system trouble shooting
