 职位描述/要求：
JOB SUMMARY:
To lead and build up the production team to ensure the production activity meets with business development plan and US & China GMP standard.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Build products according to production plan and ensure the products at high quality and the equipment at high efficiency;
2.Make sure production at right labor utilization, control headcounts
3.Work with QC and other relevant department to improve processes to 6 sigma level
4.Responsible for all production related projects and ensure projects are finished on time and within budget
5.Give guidance to group-leader and operators for the process improvement
6.Other tasks assigned by superior
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Understanding of GMP Requirement
2.Overall production management knowledge
3.Communications skills
4.Problem solving
