 职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities
Work closely with the USA and the Europe sales/market team to bring orders to China plant.
Analyze and develop the domestic cosmetics market to bring OEM contracts from Chinese brands and overseas brands targeting the Chinese market.
Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products;
Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.
Recruiting and training sales staff;
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
Allocating areas to sales executives;
Setting budgets/targets;
Liaising with other line managers;
Reporting back to senior managers;
Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling);

Qualification Requirement
The ideal profile for this job is as follows:
At least 2 years in sales related job functions.
Bachelor's degree.
English proficiency level: TEM 8
Positive work attitude
Warm personality
Able to excel in a tough and competitive commercial environment
