Qualification
Education: above bachelor degree
Language: proficient English both in oral and written
PC Skill: basic MS office
Professional Experience
1. 10 years HR experience, at least 5 years on the role. US and Euro company experience preferred.
2. Familiar with labour management policy in Suzhou, especially SIP. Cross area experience preferred.
3. Participate in company policy establishment and organizational development. TQM and EFQM (Excellence model) preferred.
4. Experience in group HR project management.

Main Responsibility
Perform professional personnel functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, career development, compensation/ benefits and employee relation.
Daily Duties
1. Recommend and write personnel policies in accordance with company’s long-range strategic plans.
2. Be responsible for the implementation and review of company personnel procedures, including the distribution of employee handbook, performance agreement, benefits package, safety policies, hiring policy accordingly.
3. Keep track of local labour laws and update company personnel policy accordingly.
4. Manage recruitment program, including sourcing, screening and selecting.
5. Arrange retraining and educational programmed based on staff’s career development plan
6. Contact outside human resource agencies/ relation for latest HR policies or marketing compensation level or staff deployment.
7. Provides complaint channels for employee grievance and creates a human resource information system to meet top management needs.
