The ideal candidate will work under the direction of Team Leader / Senior Consultants to develop skills in each step of the recruiting process, successfully complete searches and maintain superior client relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively promote Robert Walters brand and service by professional approach to potential clients;
- Be able to develop new clients; further develop the relations with existing clients by delivering quality services throughout the consulting project process;
- Work closely with Researcher and Project Assistant to maintain the integrity and proper use of the company’s knowledge management system;
- Complete the assignments based on the standard and quality in certain time frame;
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - College or University degree with good English communication capability;
- Working experience with multinational companies will be requred; Experience with HR consulting or search firm will be highly appreciated;
- Strong work ethic with high performance standards
- Results-oriented with good track record;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, quickly-changing, client and candidate driven environment
- Be proactive and initiative; Willing to work with flexible hours if needed;
