OVERALL DESCRIPTION: You will be part of a team of Researchers to work on a variety of recruiting engagements for both our local clientele as well as corporate clients around the country. JOB SPECIFICS: - Research Industries - Become familiar with industries and companies.
- Research Companies - Create target companies lists. Research and structure companies from lists. Create executive summaries to outline overall company.
- Research Candidates - Conduct search and pre-screening to identify potential candidates for searches.
- Inside Sales - Calling candidates and researching/assessing their professional skills.
- Project Management - Assist consultants in candidate’s interview and follow-up
- Database entry and maintenance - Learn all aspects of Knowledge Management ERP system. Enter and update candidate and company information.
PREFEERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Technical - Aptitude for research, sales support, and computers. Familiarity with database applications. Basic MS Word and Excel skills. Internet use and web-savvy.
- Functional - Understands a sales/marketing environment. More than 2 years experience in multinational companies in sales, marketing, HR, internal consultant role; Recruiting or executive search a plus.
- TEAM Player - Can partner and support seasoned Director as well as other consultants both inside and outside office. Enjoys learning and assuming more responsibility. Can flex duties as required.
- Telephone Skills - Professional and confident telephone manner. Tenacious, upbeat and undeterred by rejection. Can lead others over the phone.
- Interpersonal skills - Passionate and cheerful with an analytical and inquisitive mind.
- Education - Bachelor degree preferred not required, with demonstrable good English skills. Desire to learn.
