工作地点:太仓市 Key Responsibility: 1,解答销售工程师提出的各种有关产品技术方面的问题; Solve product tech question asked by sale enngineers; 2,向客户澄清各种技术问题; Clarify tech issue to customer; 3,拜访OEM厂家,与相关人员交流沟通解决产品应用技术问题,解决产品售后客户的各种抱怨; Travel to visit OEM company concern people, solve product application tech issues & after sales complaint issues. 4;拜访最终用户,进行区域服务,对产品进行检查、鉴定、维修服务并做中英文报告; Travel to visit enduser, do field service work, check、identify & repair failture product;do chinese and english version work report; 5,统计产品问题,统计服务花费; Do claim statistic;do claim expense statistic; 6,把英文产品技术资料(如零件手册、维修手册等)翻译成中文; Translate English version (spare part list ,repair manual and so no) documentation to Chinese version ; 7,对客户进行产品知识培训、维修方法技能培训、质保条款服务流程培训; Give customer training :product knowledge、repair method &skill、warranty terms & service work flow chart; 8,联系总部相关工程师,沟通解决产品在中国市场上出现的疑难问题; Contact HQ engineers ,solve product issues happened in china market; 9,完成主管分配的其他工作; Other tasks assigned by the superior;
Requirement: 1,本科及以上学历,主修机械,英语CET-4及以上; Bachelor major in mechanism, english level CET--4 or above. 2,能借助工具阅读英文技术资料并翻译成中文;具有英语写邮件及报告的能力; Can read and translate english tech document to chinese by the help of tools book, can use english send e-mail and write report. 3,具有两年及以上减速机行业售后服务或技术支持工作经验;具有与工程机械OEM厂家配套外资减速机企业相关工作经验佳; Have at least two years experiences do service work or do tech support work of gearbox; have foreigner company similar work experiences who do bussiness with construction equipment OEM will better; 4,具有机械CAD制图软件的应用能力,熟练的电脑应用技巧尤其是WORD、PPT、EXCEL; Skills of CAD drawing, Skills of WORD、PPT、EXCEL ; 5,结果导向,具有独立处理问题的能力; Trouble shooting ; 6,适应经常出差及高强度的工作; Willing to travel and can work in a high pressure ; 7,良好的团队工作能力,具有良好的职业道德。 Good team player and professional. |
