Daily planning, supervision and running of the UT fabrication facility with the objective of achieving target output and quality according to REHAU standards, improving production workflow and processes, and facilitating reporting and communication with management and workers.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1. Management of 2 production workers who are responsible for the following functions:
a. Fabricate and pack pipe aerators based on production rate set by PROD
b. Carry out testing of pipe aerators
c. Dispose of scrap material
d. Report to production supervisor
2. Reporting activities
a. Daily report on production quantity
b. Weekly report on movement of stock
3. Provide feedback on manpower issues to KL taic and quality problems and steps taken to resolve problems to KL taic. Should there be quality deviation, seek immediate assistance from SC shang and document problem. In case problem cannot be resolved by SC shang, assistance from BU UT and QPM should be sought by SC shang.
4. Report to KL manager
5. Advise KL taic on quantities of raw materials required based on forecast from SO shang.
6. Liaise with plant taic on maintenance of fabrication equipment.
7. Ensure that scrap material is properly disposed of either by returning scrap pipe material to suppliers or by disposal through factory.
8. Make proposals to improve production flow
9. Pay attention to the operation of the machines to ensure that they are in good operational condition.
10. Responsible for carrying out production according to production requirements.
11. Use SAP system to create and manage the Production orders, Received sales orders and Delivery notes.
12. Use SAP system to manage the stock and movement about finished products/half finished products and raw materials in the warehouse, such as incoming goods record and outgoing goods record, and record the transfer between warehouses.
13. Get orders from REHAU sale offices (China, Indian, Singapore…) and check with the delivery term and request delivery time. Then by the order to do pipe aerator assembly work and ensure dispatch goods to the customers in time.
14. Inform the dispatched goods details (quantity, unit price, amount) to finance department to invoice to the customers after dispatched goods by orders.

3．向KL 办公室汇报人员管理，质量问题及改进建议。如若产品质量出现严重背离，可向上海的服务中心请求帮助。
4．向KL经理汇报
5．建议KL办公室根据上海的销售预告单及时预备原材料。
6．与太仓工厂的设备维护部门联系，及时进行检修。
7．确保生产废料的回收再利用或其他的合理处置。
8．为生产流程提供合理化建议。
9．关注机器设备的运转，确保其正常工作。
10．根据生产的各项指标监控整个生产过程。
REQUIREMENTS素质要求
1) EDUCATION教育程度
A graduate in production engineering
生产制造专业
2) EXPERIENCE工作经验
A few years of working experience in factory production and planning.
Type of industry experience should preferably be in plastic components but not a must.
Main thing is experience in supervision of operators, trouble shooting and production planning.
具备工厂生产和计划的实际工作经验，塑料制造的行业背景尤佳。关键要具备生产线上的管理能力，解决问题的能力和生产计划知识。
3) SKILLS技能
Able to use MS software. English proficiency would be an added advantage.
会使用办公软件，懂英文者优先考虑。
