1. University degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, or other closely related technical discipline and 4 years experience in Manufacturing.
2. Minimum with 3-4 working experience in CNC manufacturing area, Especially in aerospace industrial is highly appreciated.
3. Ability to understand customer’s drawing and specifications.
4. Ability to develop and design tooling and fixture for work needs .
5. Management skills
6. Basic know documents filing
7.proficient on lean manufacturing
8.Good actor in hand-on tooling and machine
职位职责： -1. Responsible for technical and engineering support and continuous improvement in manufacturing area.
2. Programming for CNC machining, CNC production centre, grinding machining and milling machine.
3. Responsible for manufacturing operations layout and setup and define the manufacturing process and procedures including turnery, mill, grind, bore, machining..
4. Equipment utilization analysis and improvement.
5. Ensure availability of tooling, fixtures and equipments as required for Manufacturing.
6. Improve quality and yield of the production line.
7. Develop and maintain manufacturing process and standard time, realize productivity improvements.
8. Work with quality, purchasing and manufacturing to establish qualified vendors and improve quality.
9. Provide support for the factory on all technical and product related issues.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
