1. University Degree in mechanical / manufacturing engineering with at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing or product design Moulding.
2.Must have experience in engineering / manufacturing of metal forming industry .As an alternate, experience in major forming equipment manufacture or engineering will be acceptable.
3. Should have experience of working in engineering drawing / modeling software. Must also be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word PowerPoint software
4. Must have good knowledge of Steel, Cooper, cast iron, aluminum; Machined Parts manufacturers, Assembly production parts and sub-system suppliers in China.
5. Must have ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
6. Should have demonstrated Leadership skills and must have experience in working with multiple teams on multiple projects.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Functional knowledge of spoken &written English.
职位职责： -Managing the production as related activities, such as production planning, maintenance, process, engineering, new projects.
-Design the die; open up die and production the die, communication with USA Engineer.
- Familiar with Mechanical metal process, such as CNC centre, Machine Center, ID/OD Cylindrical Grinder, Surface Grinder, Lathe – CNC/Manual
-Realizing output targets in terms of quantity/ quality/productivity/delivery.
-Developing the concept of world class manufacturing for reduction loses.
-Identify processes improvements to bring about cost reduction.
-Working closely with global cross functional teams from mother company.
-Install new equipments at the site, set up, start-up protocols, carry out trials and meet Company success criteria’s for production.
-Identify areas of improvement and recommend process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of machine / equipment.
